He has more than 25 years in oil and gas investment banking, covering M&A, capital markets and cross-border energy transactions, including work with national oil companies.

He led a global oil and gas advisory practice at a major international bank and oversaw a multibillion-dollar energy portfolio.

His sector coverage spans upstream, midstream, LNG, renewables and low-carbon fuels across multiple jurisdictions.

Ted Diaz leads Texmar's downstream, supply and international operations.

He brings more than 40 years of global energy experience, including senior roles with Mobil and ExxonMobil.

His background includes experience involving PDVSA, CITGO, Lagoven and international downstream operations, covering supply, marketing, chartering, logistics and project leadership.

He has operated across Venezuela, Brazil, Colombia, Germany and the United States.

Steve Wilson leads Texmar's refining and downstream technical work.

He has more than 40 years in refining and marketing, with extensive refinery commissioning, startup, trading, engineering and operating experience.

He is founder and chief executive of TexSyn Energy, which processed approximately 80,000 barrels per day of specialty crude oils with a 223-person team.

His historical project experience includes work involving Shell, Chevron, ExxonMobil, Phillips 66, Pemex, Tesoro and ARCO, across crude trading, refinery operations, pipelines, gas processing and NYMEX hedging.

Bill Stills leads Texmar's Latin American business development and infrastructure activity.

He has more than 30 years of international business, infrastructure, project development, finance and commercial experience.

His focus covers major Latin American energy and infrastructure projects, including government relations, infrastructure strategy and international project execution.

His career includes experience with Reliance Rail International, Renewable Development Trust and Pan American World Airlines.
